1	EPC -1 VIVA- VOCE	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and Students of B.Ed Session :- 2023 -25 that as per the guideline of VBU , Reference no. VBU/ Ex/1638/2024 Dated 03/06/2024. EPC - 1 Viva - Voce will be conducted on 19.06.2024 in college. Hence all the concerened students are advised to come to college with your EPC file and admit card . Note:- College Reporting time :- 07:30 am.
2	SUMMER VACATION	It is hereby informed to all faculty members , Staff and Students that the college will remain closed from 06th June 2024 to 22nd June 2024 , on account of Summer Vacation. College will reopen on 24th June 2024 as usual. Note:- All the faculty member/Staff are requested that if any information comes from the university then it will be mandatory to attend the college . You will be advised accordingly.
3	UNIVERSITY EXAM FORM FILL UP Via ONLINE MODE	It is brought to the notice of all the faculty members staff and students of B.Ed session (2022 -24) ,sem -III , that the UNIVERSITY EXAM FORM fill up will be done via ONLINE MODE through www.vbu.ac.in as per the university Schedule (Letter No - 354/1527/2024 dated 25.05.2024). The last date of filling the examination form is 04.06.2024 (Rs 100 will be charged as late fine per day from 05.06.2024). Note :- The hard copy of the filled in Examination form will be submitted to Dr. Priya Deo (Examination In charge) till 04.06.2024.
4	INTERNAL EXAMINATION (CIA) FOR B.Ed SESSION (2022 - 24) SEM - III	It is hereby informed to all the faculty members , staff and students of B.Ed Session (2022 - 24) Sem - III that the Internal Examination (CIA) will be conducted as per given Schedule:- Date Time Paper Code Subject 03.06.2024 8:00 AM to 09:30 AM TC 301 (A) Pedagogy of Sc.Sub - 1 Part II (1st Sitting) 03.06.2024 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM TC 301 (B) Pedagogy of Sc.Sub - 2 Part II (2nd Sitting)
5	MID - SEMESTER TEST - I (CIA) FOR B.Ed SESSION :- 2023-25	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students of B.Ed Session (2022-24) Sem - III that their Mid - Semester Test -I (CIA) will be conducted as per the given Schedule:- Date Time Paper Code Subject 28.05.2024 8 AM - 9 AM (1st Sitting) TC - 301 A Pedagogy of School Subject -I Part II 28.05.2024 10 AM - 11 AM (2nd Sitting) TC - 301 B Pedagogy of School Subject -I Part II
6	UNIVERSITY SEMESTER EXAMINATION FOR B.Ed SESSION : 2023 - 25	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , Staff and students of B.Ed Session : 2023 - 25 (sem - I ) that in view of the University Semester examination , the classes of concerned students will remain suspended from 23.05.2024 on wards for study leave.
7	BUDDH PURNIMA	It is brought to the notice of all the faculty members , staff and B.Ed , D.El.Ed students that the college shall remain close on 23.05.2024 on the occasion of " BUDDH PURNIMA " . The College shall re- open on 24.05.2024 (Friday) at its usual timing.
8	NOTICE FOR LOK SABHA ELECTION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , Staff and Students that the " LOK SABHA ELECTION" will be held on 20th May 2024. Our institution , S.R.S.A.T.T.C Hazaribag, encourages all eligible voters to participate in this important democratic process . The college will be remain closed on the election day to facilitate voting for all and also all of you are instucted to maintain the order at the polling booth & decorum of the process. Let's contribute to the Nation's democratic strength by casting our votes. College will be reopen on 21st May 2024 as usual timing.
9	ई-कल्याण का ऑनलाईन आवेदन	एतद् द्वारा सत्र 2023-24 के सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को किया जाता है कि PR No.- 321735 के निर्देशानुसार ई-कल्याण का ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि को विस्तारित करते हुए25/05/2024 तथा आवेदन का महाविद्यालय में सत्यापन की पूर्व स निर्धारित तिथि31/05/2024 की जाती है ।
10	HOLIDAY NOTICE	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 17th May 2024. College will reopen on 18th May 2024(Saturday) as usual.
