1 CONSTITUTION DAY It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will celebrate constitution day on dated 26th November2025. Hence all the concerned are requested to join the same.
2 FIRST SEMESTER CLASSES OF B.Ed. SESSION (2025- 27) It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and B.Ed. students of session 2025- 27 that the first semester classes will commerce from 26th November2025. Hence all the concerned students are required to attend the classes regularly. Timing:-09:30 am to 03:30pm
3 ESTABLISHMENT DAY OF JHARKHAND It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 15.11.2025 on account of " Establishment Day of Jharkhand". College will reopen on 17.11.2025(Monday) as usual time.
4 SCHOOL INTERNSHIP LETTER FOR B.Ed. SESSION 2024- 26 It is hereby informed to all the students of 3rd semester of B.Ed. Session 2024- 26 that according to the letter of District Education Officer, Hazaribagh, Ref. No. 1375 dated 21.07.2025, School have been allotted for 16-week School Internship from 14.11.2025. So, all the concerned students are instructed to receive the letter from college on 13.11.2025 and join the school.
5 FILL UP THEIR ONLINE POST - MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FORM It is hereby informed to all students of session 2024- 26 & 2025 -27 aspiring to get their post-matric scholarship from the Jharkhand State welfare Dept. are advised to fill up their Online Post -Matrix scholarship form and apply latest by 31.01.2026 and submit the downloaded copy along the required document, caste certificate, Residential certificate, Bonafide certificate, Marksheet, Aadhar card ,Income certificate(original) to the undersigned positively by 05.02.2026 for their onward process from the office of the INO.
6 GURU NANK JAYANTI Itis hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 05.11.2025 on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti and 'Kartik Purnima'. College will reopen on 06.11.2025 at usual time.
7 10th CONVOCATION CEREMONY OF THE UNIVERSITY This is to inform all that as per Vinoba Bhave University Memorandum No. VBU/Exam/R2719/2025 dated 01.11.2025 the 10th Convocation Ceremony of the University will be organised shortly. In this only Ph.D. Awarded. Toppers and the best graduates will be awarded their degrees. B.Ed. Students of session 2020-22 ,2021-23 & 2022-24 who wish to participate are required to submit their 2 filled application form to the college by 17th November 2025. Documents to be attached (Self- attested Photo- copies) * Admit card * Marksheet * Registration Receipt * Matriculation Certificate * D.D/ Banker's Cheque For those who have already deposited the degree fee: - Rs 500/- (Payable in favour of "Registrar Vinoba Bhave University Hazaribagh".
8 ANNUAL REPORT SUBMISSION This is to inform to all committee coordinators and members that the annual report for your respective committees is due for submission to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). You are requested to submit your reports to IQAC Coordinator Dr. Parikshit Layek by 1st December2025.
9 DIWALI AND CHHATH PUJA It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed from 20.10.2025 to 28.10.2025 on account of "Diwali & Chhath Puja" . College will reopen on 29.10.2025 as usual time.
10 INTER HOUSE RANGOLI AND DIYA MAKING COMPETITION It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will organise an 'Inter - House Rangoli and Diya Making Competition on 18.10.2025 at college premises. All the concerned students are instructed to participate in the competition and contact to Dr. Tanima Priya (Asst. Prof. Fine arts) for any queries. (Timing - 11:30 Am to 02:00 Pm)
