1	VISHWAKARMA PUJA	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 17.09.2026 on account of "VISHWAKARMA PUJA". College will reopen on 18.09.2026 as usual timing. (Note: -non-teaching staff will report on 17.09.2026).
2	WORLD PARLIAMENT OF RELIGIONS, CHICAGO	All faculty members, staff and students are hereby informed that the college will organise a special programme tomorrow i.e . 11.09.2026, on the occasion of the historic speech delivered by Swami Vivekananda Ji at the "WORLD PARLIAMENT OF RELIGIONS, CHICAGO" on 11th September 1893. An Essay Competition will also be organised for all Pupil -Teachers on this occasion. Everyone is requested to assemble in the college premises at 09:00 AM sharp to ensure the program starts on time. Participation of all pupil teachers in the Essay Competition is mandatory.
3	RESCHEDULED PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING (PTM) OF B.Ed. SESSION 2025-27	This is to inform all faculty members, staff, parents /guardians of the students of B.Ed. session 2025-27 that the "PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING (PTM)" that was scheduled to be held on 07th September 2026 has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on 12.09.2026. All Parents /guardians are warmly invited to attend the meeting and interact with the teachers.
4	3rd NEP ORIENTATION AND SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME	All faculty members are hereby informed that UGC -MMTTC, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Collaboration with PGDAV College (EVC) , University of Delhi is organising the 3rd NEP Orientation and Sensitization Programme (2026- 27) under Malaviya Mission Teachers Training Programme. All faculty members are directed to attend and Participate in this Programme.
5	JANMASHTAMI	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 04.09.2026 on account of " JANMASHTAMI". College will reopen on 05.09.2026 as per usual timing. (Note: - Admission cell members are directed to report on 04.09.2026)
6	SCHOOL ALLOTED FOR 04 WEEKS SCHOOL OBSERVATION	This is to inform all the faculty members and students of B.Ed. Session 2025-27, according to the D.E.O, Hazaribagh letter no. 1763, dated 27/08/2026 that the school have been allotted for 04 weeks school observation, starting from 08.09.2026. All concerned students are instructed to collect their letters from the college and join the school. Those students who fail to join the school observation will be held responsible. college will not consider any appeals or request for consideration.
7	PARENT TEACHERS MEETING	This is to inform all faculty members, staff, parents/guardians of the students of B.Ed. session: - 2025- 27 that a " Parents Teachers Meeting (PTM) is scheduled to be at the college on 7th September 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. All Parents /guardians are warmly invited and encouraged to attend the meeting and interact with the teachers. Venue: Sister Nivedita Conference Hall
8	PLACEMENT FAIR	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and Alumni of SRSATTC are hereby informed that a Placement Fair " is being organised in SRSATTC, Hazaribagh. For the same, Shree Krishna Academy, Tayar ,Nawada,Bihar has shown interest to recruit qualified and competent teachers. Interested candidates must attend the placement Fair with their updated CV, certificates. For any query, contact the college Placement cell. * Date- 03.09.2026, Thursday * Venue- Sister Nivedita Conference Hall (SRSATTC) * Timing - 11:00 AM onwards.

10	BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAJOR DHYAN CHAND	It is here by informed to all that our college will celebrate "National Sports Day" on 29th August 2026 to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand, the legendary Indian hockey player and the "Hockey Wizard" of India. The event is being jointly organised by SRSATTC, SBMTTC & NSS Unit of the college. Hence, it is mandatory for all trainees to attend and participate in the same in their designated house uniform .
