1	RABINDRA NATH TAGORE JAYANTI	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that the college is going to celebrate 163rd " RABINDRA NATH TAGORE JAYANTI" on dated 08th May 2024. On this occasion a house wise speech competition will be organised among trainee teachers of session 2023 -25 . Those students who are interested to participate they can contact to Dr. Parikshit Layek or Mr. Sunil Kr. Soni. Venue:- Central Hall Timing :- 09:00 AM Onwards Topic :- The Life of Vishwakavi Rabindranath Tagore and his contribution to the Nation.
2	FOR COLLEGE MAGAZINE PUBLICATION "SAMARPAN"	It is hereby informed to all the faculty member , staff , and students of Session 2023 -25 that Our college is Publishing its magazine "Samarpan" . So for magazine publication there is need of own writing like article, extempore, poem , story , autobiography , biography, pictures. Some data , motivational thought etc. The last date to submit the above is 11/05/2024. The Submission is done to Dr. Apolina Baxla / Mr. Vivekanand Pandey
3	ई. कल्याण छात्रवृत्ति	एतद द्वारा बी. एड. सत्र 2022-24, 2023-25 एवं डी.एल.एड. सत्र 2022-24, 2023- 25 के प्रशिक्षुओं को पूर्व में ही सूचित किया जा चुका है कि ई. कल्याण का आवेदन पत्र महाविद्यालय में जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 29.04.2024 एवं सत्यापन की अंतिम तिथि 30.04.2024 है, परन्तु कुछ प्रशिक्षु अभी तक अपना आवेदन महाविद्यालय में जमा नहीं किए हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में प्रशिक्षुओं का छात्रवृत्ति हेतु आवेदन लंबित अथवा रद्द होने पर महाविद्यालय प्रबंधन की कोई जवाबदेही नहीं होगी और इसके जिम्मेवार प्रशिक्षु (आवेदनकर्ता) स्वयं होगें।
4	RESCHEDULE OF COLLEGE TIMING	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and Students that the college timing has been changed with effect from 22.04.2024. The timing of college is 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Note - Timing for teachers and staff is 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM
5	RAM NAVMI	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , Staff and Students that the college will remain closed from 17th April 2024 to 19th April 2024 on account of RAM NAVMI . College will reopen on 20th April 2024 as usual.
6	VIVA - VOCE OF EPC - 2	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , staff and students of Sem -2 of session 2022 -24 that the viva - voce of EPC - 2 will be conducted on dated 16th 2024, Tuesday as per the university guideline VBU/EXAM/1134/2024 dated - 09/04/2024. Hence all the concerned students are required to be present on that in college premises.
7	EID - UL - FITR & SARHUL	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , Staff and Student that the college will remain closed on 11th & 12th April, 2024 on the occasion of EID - UL - FITR & SARHUL. College will reopen on 13th April, 2024 as usual.
8	ONLINE FORM FILL UP FOR UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION FOR B.Ed SESSION (2023- 25)	This is to inform all the faculty members, Staff and Students of B.Ed Session (2023 -25) Sem - I , that the University Examination Form fill up will be done via Online Mode through www.vbu.ac.in as per the university Schedule (Letter No - 539 / 1130/ 2024 dated 08.04.2024. The Last date of filling the Examination form is 27.04.2024( Rs 100 will be charged as late fine as per day from 28.04.2024). Note :- The hard copy of filled Examination form will be submitted to Examination Department till 27.04.2024.
9	LECTURE SERIES ON "INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM"	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , Staff and Students that the college is going to organize a " LECTURE SERIES " on " INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM" from 23.04.2024 to 29.04.2024 under IQAC Cell. Hence all the concern are required to attend the program positively. Venue:- Central Hall
10	WORLD HEALTH DAY	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , staff and student that the college is going to celebrate ' WORLD HEALTH DAY' with collaboration of Dental College Hazaribag on dated 08.04.2024. Hence all the concerned are required to attend the program positively. Venue :- Central Hall Timing :- 12:15 PM onwards.
