1	CHRISTMAS DAY	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that the college will remain closed on account of CHRISTMAS dated - 25 Dec 2023. College will reopen on 26 Dec 2023 (Tuesday)
2	AQAR SUBMISSION NOTICE	It is hereby informed to all faculty member / committee Co-coordinator & In charges to complete the concerned committee report for AQAR Submission. Hence all the member are requested to complete the report and submit it to IQAC. .
3	CHRISTMAS GATHERING CELEBRATION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that the college will organise a Christmas Gathering Celebration among all member on dated 22/12/2023. hence all the concerned are required to join the Program.
4	UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION FORM FILL UP	It is hereby informed to all the students of B.Ed Session (2022-24) , Sem - 2 that their University Examination form fill up will be done via Online Mode through (www.vbu.ac.in) as per the University Schedule (Letter No - E 539/3392/2023 dated 20.12.2023) The Last date of filling the Examination form is 02.01.2024(Rs 100 will be charged as Late fine (per day) from 03.01.2024). NOTE: The hard copy of the filled in Examination form will be submitted to Dr. Priya Deo (Examination In- charge) till 02.01.2024. As per the VBU new guideline of the revised syllabus for B.Ed session(2022-24), Sem - II , all students are instucted to opt. & pedagogy subject for filling the Examination form successfully and all the concerned students will have to appear for the same 2 pedagogy subjects for filling the Examination form successfully and all the concerned students will have to appear for the same 2 pedagogy subjects in the sem - II Internal Examination.
5	ONLINE FILLING UP THE POST-MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FORM	All B.Ed students of the session 2022- 24, 2023- 25 7 D.El.Ed. 2022-24 aspiring to get their Post- Matric Scholarship from the Jharkhand State Welfare Dept. are advised to fill up their online Post- Matric Scholarship Form and apply latest by 11.01.2024 and submit the downloaded copy along the required document , Caste certificate / Residential certificate/ Bonafide certificate / Mark sheets / Aadhar card / Income Certificate(original) to the undersigned positevely by 20.02.2024 for their onward process from the office of the INO
6	JHARKHAND STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY TEAM VISIT	It is hereby informed to all faculty member and staff that the Jharkhand State Open University team will visit our college for opening the Study center on dated 14, Dec 2023 , Thursday. Hence all the concerned member are required to present on that day.
7	RANGOLI AND BOARD DECORATION	It is hereby informed to all the faculty members , Staff and Students that there will be a Rangoli and Board decoration activity will be on 18/12/2023 in the college campus on the occasion of 'National Seminar'. Hence all the concerened students are instructed to participate the same.
8	NATIONAL SEMINAR	It is hereby informed to all faculty members , staff and students that the college is going to organise a ICSSR Sponsored Two days National Seminar on " National Education Policy 2020 & Future of India" on 18th & 19th Dec,2023. Hence all the concerened are required to attend the program Positively. venue : Central Hall Timing : 8:30 Am Onwards.
9	FIT INDIA WEEK	It is hereby inform to all faculty member, staff and student that as per letter of NCTE, File No. NCTE-Est. 018/30/2023. East section HQ,Dated 21 Nov 2023 to celebrate " FIT INDIA WEEK Movement" by all Teacher Education Institution from 15th Nov 2023 to 15th Dec 2023 to emphasizing the importance of health and fitness among the students , parents and Teachers. To aware about the importance of health and fitness, college has decided a week from 4th Dec 2023 to 9th Dec 2023 according to the letter of NCTE to celebrate the "FIT INDIA WEEK " Program as per following date Schedule. 10	GURU NANAK JAYANTI	It is hereby inform to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on account of GURU NANAK JAYANTI dated 27th Nov 2023, only for Students . College will reopen on 28th Nov 2023 as usual and Teachers and Staff have to come to college on 27 th Nov at 10:30 Am.
