1	UNIVERSITY SEMESTER EXAMINATION FOR B.Ed SESSION : 2023 - 25	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , Staff and students of B.Ed Session : 2023 - 25 (sem - I ) that in view of the University Semester examination , the classes of concerned students will remain suspended from 23.05.2024 on wards for study leave.
2	BUDDH PURNIMA	It is brought to the notice of all the faculty members , staff and B.Ed , D.El.Ed students that the college shall remain close on 23.05.2024 on the occasion of " BUDDH PURNIMA " . The College shall re- open on 24.05.2024 (Friday) at its usual timing.
3	NOTICE FOR LOK SABHA ELECTION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , Staff and Students that the " LOK SABHA ELECTION" will be held on 20th May 2024. Our institution , S.R.S.A.T.T.C Hazaribag, encourages all eligible voters to participate in this important democratic process . The college will be remain closed on the election day to facilitate voting for all and also all of you are instucted to maintain the order at the polling booth & decorum of the process. Let's contribute to the Nation's democratic strength by casting our votes. College will be reopen on 21st May 2024 as usual timing.
4	ई-कल्याण का ऑनलाईन आवेदन	एतद् द्वारा सत्र 2023-24 के सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को किया जाता है कि PR No.- 321735 के निर्देशानुसार ई-कल्याण का ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि को विस्तारित करते हुए25/05/2024 तथा आवेदन का महाविद्यालय में सत्यापन की पूर्व स निर्धारित तिथि31/05/2024 की जाती है ।
5	HOLIDAY NOTICE	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 17th May 2024. College will reopen on 18th May 2024(Saturday) as usual.
6	VBU PEER TEAM VISIT	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students a VBU Peer team will visit the college campus on 16th May 2024 as per reference no. VBU/ Esstt /2322/21/1027/2024 dated 01/05/2024 for four ITEP in our college . So, everyone is advised to be present on this date. The timing will be 08:00 AM on wards.
7	VOTER AWARENESS PROGRAMME	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that the college will organise a " VOTER AWARENESS PROGRAMME" in college premises on dated 11th May 2024 under college NSS unit. Hence all the concerened are required to attend the program positively . Venue :- Central Hall Timing :- 08:00 AM onwards Activity - Song and Bulletin board decoration.
8	INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that our college is going to publish on edited book on " INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM" BY renowed publisher. The book proposal is designed to include chapters related to Indian Knowledge System . So based on your expertise / substantial research work on the relevant topic. We are pleased to invite you to contribute a chapter in this book . The content should be original and the deadline for submission of book chapter is 20.06.2024. (Note:- You can send the book chapters at the mail id : rksattc_ hzb @rediffmail.com).
9	RABINDRA NATH TAGORE JAYANTI	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that the college is going to celebrate 163rd " RABINDRA NATH TAGORE JAYANTI" on dated 08th May 2024. On this occasion a house wise speech competition will be organised among trainee teachers of session 2023 -25 . Those students who are interested to participate they can contact to Dr. Parikshit Layek or Mr. Sunil Kr. Soni. Venue:- Central Hall Timing :- 09:00 AM Onwards Topic :- The Life of Vishwakavi Rabindranath Tagore and his contribution to the Nation.
10	FOR COLLEGE MAGAZINE PUBLICATION "SAMARPAN"	It is hereby informed to all the faculty member , staff , and students of Session 2023 -25 that Our college is Publishing its magazine "Samarpan" . So for magazine publication there is need of own writing like article, extempore, poem , story , autobiography , biography, pictures. Some data , motivational thought etc. The last date to submit the above is 11/05/2024. The Submission is done to Dr. Apolina Baxla / Mr. Vivekanand Pandey
