1	VBU INTER COLLEGE BASKETBALL (M/W) TOURNAMENT	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will be organising a " VBU INTER COLLEGE BASKETBALL (M/W) TOURNAMENT " 2025-26 in our college premises on 22nd &23rd dec2025. All concerned are requested to ensure their presence on time and activity participate in making the event a Success. Timing - 09:30 am Onwards.
2	TWO DAYS NATIONAL SEMINAR	It is hereby informed to all faculty members staff and students that our college is jointly organising a TWO-DAY NATIONAL SEMINAR on "CHANGING ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF EDUCATORS" with Reference to NEP 2020 on 19th & 20th Dec 2025 under the guidance of IQAC of S.B.M.T.T.C and S.R.S.A.T.T.TC with the collaboration of V.B.U Hazaribagh. The Seminar aims to enhance understanding of NEP2020 and its implication for the education system. Hence all the students are instructed to be punctual, attend the seminar in proper uniform and maintain discipline. Venue - SRSA CENTRAL HALL TIMING - 09:30 AM ONWARDS
3	DISTRICT WELFARE OFFICE HAZARIBAG (KALYAN SHAKHA)	All concerned students are hereby informed that, as per District Welfare Office Hazaribagh (Kalyan Shakha) Letter no. 1408/ Hazaribagh, dated 03/12/2025, some students verified by the DLC (District Level Committee) on the E-Welfare Portal for Post- matric scholarship in the financial year 2024-25 were unable to receive the scholarship amount due to their Aadhar not being linked or being in active. To avoid any issues, Aadhar linking/ activation is mandatory for all students. Students are advised to get their Aadhar linked/activated to receive the Scholarship amount. Failure to comply may result in the student being in eligible and the college will not entertain such cases.
4	POT DECORATION COMPETITION	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students of Semester -1, session 2025 -27 that a " POT DECORATION COMPETITION" is being organised by the college in the college premises on 06.12.2025. Hence all the concerned students are required to participate the same. Theme of the Competition: - 1. Art or Culture of Jharkhand 2. Alpane design
5	CONSTITUTION DAY	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will celebrate constitution day on dated 26th November2025. Hence all the concerned are requested to join the same.
6	FIRST SEMESTER CLASSES OF B.Ed. SESSION (2025- 27)	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and B.Ed. students of session 2025- 27 that the first semester classes will commerce from 26th November2025. Hence all the concerned students are required to attend the classes regularly. Timing:-09:30 am to 03:30pm
7	ESTABLISHMENT DAY OF JHARKHAND	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 15.11.2025 on account of " Establishment Day of Jharkhand". College will reopen on 17.11.2025(Monday) as usual time.
8	SCHOOL INTERNSHIP LETTER FOR B.Ed. SESSION 2024- 26	It is hereby informed to all the students of 3rd semester of B.Ed. Session 2024- 26 that according to the letter of District Education Officer, Hazaribagh, Ref. No. 1375 dated 21.07.2025, School have been allotted for 16-week School Internship from 14.11.2025. So, all the concerned students are instructed to receive the letter from college on 13.11.2025 and join the school.
9	FILL UP THEIR ONLINE POST - MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FORM	It is hereby informed to all students of session 2024- 26 & 2025 -27 aspiring to get their post-matric scholarship from the Jharkhand State welfare Dept. are advised to fill up their Online Post -Matrix scholarship form and apply latest by 31.01.2026 and submit the downloaded copy along the required document, caste certificate, Residential certificate, Bonafide certificate, Marksheet, Aadhar card ,Income certificate(original) to the undersigned positively by 05.02.2026 for their onward process from the office of the INO.
10	GURU NANK JAYANTI	Itis hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 05.11.2025 on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti and 'Kartik Purnima'. College will reopen on 06.11.2025 at usual time.
