1	CHRISTMAS GATHERING	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will celebrate " CHRISTMAS GATHERING " on dated 21st Dec 2024 (Saturday) in college Premises. Hence all the concerned are required to join the celebration. Venue: - Central Hall Time :- 11:00 am
2	Notice for Scholarship by Jharkhand Govt.	झारखण्ड सरकार, आदिवासी कल्याण आयुक्त का कार्यालय, झारखण्ड के पत्रांक सं० 03/ छात्रवृति - 13/2023/1005 राँची, दिनांक 18.06.2024 के आलोक में सभी विद्यार्थियो (सत्र: 2023-25, 2024-26) पाठ्‌यक्रम शैक्षणिक सत्र 2024-25 हेतु झारखण्ड राज्य में अध्ययनरत अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र- छात्राओं अनुसूचित जनजाति को दिया जाना है। पोस्ट - मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति दिया जाना है। अतः महाविद्यालय के शैक्षणिक सत्र 2024-25 में अध्ययनरत छात्रवृत्ति लाभ के योग्य सभी विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि ईई कल्याण का आवेदन पत्र सभी महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज के सान महाविद्यालय में आई० एन० ओ० (डॉ परीक्षित लायेक) के पास अंतिम तिथि 20.03.2025 तक जमा करना सुनिश्चित करें।
3	"POT DECORATION"	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will organise a "POT DECORATION" among trainee teachers of session :- 2024 - 26 , on dated 02nd Dec 2024 (Monday. So all the concerned students are instructed to participate in this competition and contact to Dr. Tanima Priya (Fine art Faculty) for any querry.
4	SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM	It is hereby informed to all faculty members / committee coordinator that the college will submit the AQAR report of NAAC in last month of the year. So you all are requested to submit the one year report of activities /events/ meeting minutes to IQAC on or before 02nd Dec 2024.
5	" YUVA SAMMELAN "	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and student that the college is going to organise a " " YUVA SAMMELAN " at our premises on dated 18th Nov 2024 (Monday). Hence all the concerned are requested to join the program positively. Topic :- “स्वामी विवेकानन्द जी की विचारधारा के आधार पर एक अच्छे विद्यार्थी के साथ-साथ अच्छे शिक्षक कैसे बनें ।” Resource Person:- Swami Atidevanand Ji Maharaj Venue :-Central Hall Timing:- 11:00 a.m. onwards
6	सूचना स0 91 दिनांक- 14/11/2024	सभी अभ्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय, उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, राँची, झारखण्ड के पत्रांक 1738, दिनांक 04.11.2024 एवं पत्रांक- जे.सी.ई.सी. ई० बी./09/24-68 दिनांक 06.11.2024 एवं VBU/CP/08/2023/R/2575/24, दिनांक-12/11/2024 जो विभागीय अधिसूचना के आलोक में बी. एड. पाठ्‌यक्रम सत्र 2024-26 में जे.सी.ई.सी.ई.बी. राँची द्वारा काउन्सेलिंग के पश्चात नामांकन हेतु इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी (BC-1-01, BC-II-01, : EWS-01, UR-06, ST-03) सीएमएल रैंक तथा सभी उत्तीर्ण परीक्षाओं के अंक पत्र, आरक्षण संबंधी अघतन दस्तावेज के साथ एवं अपने जे.सी.ई.सी.ई.बी. के परीक्षा परिणाम महाविद्यालय कार्यालय में दिनांक 18.11.2024 से 22.11.2024 तक आवेदन समर्पित करें । निर्धारित तिथि के बाद आवेदनकर्ता का आवेदन किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा एवं प्राप्त आवेदन के आधार पर महाविद्यालय में वरीयता सूची के अनुरूप कोटिवार रिक्ति/ रिक्तियों के विरुद्ध सूची प्रकाशित की जाएगी ।
7	"NABIN BARAN UTSAVA"	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and student of B.Ed Session 2024 - 26 that the college will organise a "NABIN BARAN UTSAVA" (Induction Programe) for this new session on dated 16.11.2024 and also 1st sem classes will begin from that day. Hence all the concerned students are instructed to attend the Programme and attend the classes regularly . Classes timing - 09:30 am to 3:30 pm Reporting Timing - 9:20 Am
8	GURU NANAK JAYANTI , BIRSA JAYANTI AND JHARKHAND ESTABLISHMENT DAY	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and student that the college will remain closed on account of GURU NANAK JAYANTI , BIRSA JAYANTI AND JHARKHAND ESTABLISHMENT DAY on dated 15th Nov 2024. College will reopen on 16th Nov 2024 as usual.
9	B.Ed 3rd Semester Session (2023 - 25) Classes	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the 3rd Sem classes of B.Ed Session 2023 - 25 will begin from 14th Nov 2024 day - Thursday. Hence all the concerned students are advised to attend the classes regularly. Timing :- 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
10	DEEPAWALI & CHHATH PUJA	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed from 30.10.2024 to 13.11.2024 on account of DEEPAWALI & CHHATH PUJA. College will reopen on 14.11.2024 as usual. Note:- It is also notified to Admission In charge and Admission cell member that , mean while this holiday if any notice comes from the university regarding open round admission in session 2024 - 26 then it will be mandatory for the same to attend the college. you will be advised accordingly.
