1	"ANNUAL SPORTS DAY"	It is to inform to all faculty member, Non- teaching staff and students that we are pleased to announce that our college will be organising its "ANNUAL SPORTS DAY" on 25th Jan 2025 at college ground. The event will feature a variety of sports competitions. Students who are interested in participating in the events are required to register their names to the Sports Incharge by today itself. For any queries or further information , Please contact to Dr. Apolina Baxla and Mr. Shintu Kr. Verma.
2	COLLEGE LEAVING CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION	It is to inform to you all that the college leaving certificate will be issued to the students who have completed their course and have cleared all their dues , 7 days after the submission of the application . The CLC will be issued only after verifying the student's records and ensuring that all dues have been cleared. Please note that the CLC will be issued 7 days after the submission of the application.
3	SARASWATI PUJA	It is to inform to all faculty member , staff and students that our institution will be celebrating Saraswati Puja on 02 & 03rd Feb 2025 . To make this event a grand success , we kindly request your 100/- Rs. Contribution towards the Saraswati Puja Fund . Your generous donation will help us to cover the expenses for the puja ceremony and decorations. Payment can be made to cash counter dept. by 25.01.2025
4	MAKAR SANKRANTI	It is to inform to all faculty members & students that the college will remain closed on account of " MAKAR SANKRANTI" on dated 13th and 14th jan 2025 . College will reopen on 15th Jan 2025 as usual timing .
5	NATIONAL YOUTH DAY	It is to inform to all faculty member , Non- Teaching Staff & Students of Session :- 2024 - 26 that the college is celebrating " NATIONAL YOUTH DAY" on 162nd Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekanand ji on 12th Jan 2025 in college Premises . The Program will be followed by Cultural activity and Blood Donation . Interested members and Students who want to donate Blood Voluntarily are invited. The Reporting Time of College is 07:30 am.
6	INTER HOUSE QUIZ COMPETITION ON 10TH JANUARY	It is hereby inform to all faculty member , staff and students of session 2024 - 26 that the college will organise a " INTER HOUSE QUIZ COMPETITION ON 10TH JANUARY" 2025 related on " Swami Vivekananda's Life and Journey ". Two Participants from each house will participate in this competition . All house master are requested to provide name of students to Mr. Vivekanand Pandey(Asst. Prof.)
7	GURU GOVIND SINGH JAYANTI	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , staff and students that the college will remain closed on account of " GURU GOVIND SINGH JAYANTI" on dated 06th January 2025. College will reopen on 08th January 2025 as usual Timing.
8	CHRISTMAS AND WINTER VACATION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member , Staff and Students that the college will remain closed from 25.12.2024 to 02.01.2025 on account of " CHRISTMAS AND WINTER VACATION " . College will reopen on 03.01.2025 as usual timing.

10	"TITHI PUJA OF MAA SARADA "	All faculty and Staff members are cordially invited to attend the "TITHI PUJA OF MAA SARADA " on 22.12.2024(Sunday) at 12:30 pm in our college premises . This Tithi Puja is a Significant event in our Ashrama Calendar and we request your Presence to seek the blessing of Maa Sarada. We look forward to your Participation.
